Please mention your phone number when making your appointment. I am based in Nashville; the address will be sent to you the day before your scheduled appointment.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve an appointment. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferrable.
If you are running late, please send me a text message to let me know in advance; beyond 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will become non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTION.
All NEW CLIENTS are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking an appointment, NO EXCEPTION.
Hair washing is available if needed at an additional cost.
No other guest is allowed at your appointment due to limited space.
Please be advise, all retwist beyond 8 weeks and is required to be scheduled accordingly due to price adjustment.
